 Purpose:
 Rename a queue.

 Syntax:
 bResult = QueNmeChg( lpszOldName, lpszNewName )

 Parameters:
 lpszOldName The existing name of the print queue
 lpszNewName The new name for the print queue.

 Returns:
 A boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).

 Description:
 QueNmeChg() renames an existing print queue from the old name
 specified by lpszOldName to the new name lpszNewName.

 Returns TRUE if successful, or FALSE if an error occurs.

 Example:
 // To rename print queue LASER to HPLASERJET:
 if ( QueNmeChg( "LASER", "HPLASERJET" ) )
    ? "Print queue LASER is now renamed to HPLASERJET"
 endif
