 QueIDGet()

 Purpose:
 Get the object ID of a queue.

 Syntax:
 dwQueueID = QueIDGet( lpszQueueName )

 Parameters:
 lpszQueueName The name of the queue.

 Returns:
 A numeric value (unsigned long int).

 Description:
 QueIDGet() returns the object ID number of the queue specified by
 lpszQueueName.

 Returns NOVERRLONG if an error occurs.

 Example:
