   !menu:          Define a menu                                (link file)

   Up to 10 menus can be defined in the link file, each containing up to 8
   menu items.

   A menu definition contains the !menu: keyword with a menu title of your
   own choice on the same line, followed by up to 8 lines of menu items
   each containing the item title and the .NGO file it refers to.

   Menu and item title texts can be up to 40 characters long.

   Example:
!menu: Menu #1
       Topic A        topica.ngo
       Topic B        topicb.ngo
       Topic C        topicc.ngo


   Since the menu titles are displayed horizontally by the database pro-
   gram, they may not all be visible when the database is in use. However,
   the pulldown menus will all be active.
