   !file:          Include another (.ngo) file                (source file)

   The !file: keyword can only appear in a source file, and only following
   immediately after a !short: keyword.

   The !file: keyword is typically used to point to another list of short
   entries (i.e. a short entry expanding into a list of short entries).
   Although it is possible to nest files to any depth, navigating a data-
   base with more than 2 or 3 levels will quickly become annoying (add a
   menu instead).

   Example:
!short: XYZ items 1 - 32
!file:xyz.ngo

   Note: It's possible to include long entries (each in a separate source
         file) by using this keyword, but not recommended since the user
         will not be able to move to the next/previous long entry using the
         grey + and - keys.
