    _ellipse_w() is the window coordinates version of _ellipse(); it
    draws an ellipse on the screen inside the window coordinates
    (wx1, wy1) to (wx2, wy2). See _ellipse() for more information.

    Returns:         Nonzero value for success; 0 otherwise.

    Portability:     MS-DOS only, true MDPA, CGA, EGA, MCGA, or VGA video
                     compatibles.
