Mickey
   A mickey is a unit of mouse movement and is generally defined as 0.01
   (1/100th) of an inch. Microsoft defines a mickey as 0.005 (1/200th) of
   an inch. When the mouse is moved the driver converts this movement
   into an incremental count proportional to the amount of movement
   sensed. Each of these units is called a mickey.
