   dBTOOLS is a library of Assembly language user-interface design      
   tools, including pop-up and pull-down menus, radio and dialog        
   buttons, and numerous pick-list programs. All menus, buttons and     
   pick-lists are mouse- and lightbar-driven with single or multiple    
   choices. Create windows and boxes with numerous special effects,     
   including fades, wipes, rolls, swirls and sound effects. dBTOOLS     
   provides an enhanced color pallete with 64 basic colors and over 100 
   dithered patterns. Royalty-free Clipper sample code is included for  
   all dBTOOLS features.
