HBLINDCLOS()

    HBLINDCLOS() clears the screen using the same horizontal blinds
    effect found in HBLINDOPEN().

    Syntax

    HBLINDCLOS([delay>])

    Optional Parameter

    <delay> is a numeric expression representing the delay factor to use
    in clearing the drapes.  The default value is 30.
