     If enabled, a  "pagebar" (similar to  the scrollbar in  GUI's) will
     appear on the right margin, telling you about the relative size and
     position in the message you are reading. It is only displayed if  a
     message is longer than a screenful.

     The pagebar automatically decreases the DISPMARGIN by one char.
