  Name:     q_delete() - delete a file from the print queue
  Usage:    <logical> = q_delete(<file>)
  Params:   string <file> - the name of the file to cancel
  Returns:  logical .T. if file deleted from the print queue, .F.
            if not or if DOS version less than 3.00

                 fname = space(11)
                 @ 10,0 say "Enter filename to cancel: " get fname

                 if (! q_delete(fname))

  Note:     The Q functions require DOS version 3.00 or higher.
