  Name:     isfile() - check if a file exists
  Usage:    <logical> = isfile(<filename>)
  Params:   string <filename> - file to check for
  Returns:  Logical .T. if file exists, .F. if not

                 if not isfile("employee.dbf")
                      @ 0,0 say "Can't find file..."
                 endif

                 if isfile("*.prg")
                      prgfiles = filecount("*.prg")
                 endif

  Note:     Unlike Clipper's file() function, isfile() does not
            check files down Clipper's PATH setting and you
            can specify wild cards.
