  Usage:    <logical> = funprotect(<filename>)
  Params:   string <filename> - file name to unprotect
  Returns:  logical .T. if file unprotected successfully, .F. if error

                 funprotect("employee.dbf")
                 use employee
                 locate for empname = mempname
                 do something
                 close databases
                 fprotect("employee.dbf")
