  RAND()                                              Miscellaneous Function
 Purpose..: Generate a random number
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Syntax...:  Rand( <nMax> ) --> nRandom

 Arguments:  <nMax>  = Upper limit.

 Returns..: <N> nRandom - a random number.

 Remark...: The function generates a random number
            between 0 and <nMax> using the LongRand() function.

 Source...: RANDOM.C
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Example..: ? Rand( 88 )      // prints 74, next time prints 5, etc
