  MSROW()                                                     Mouse Function
 Purpose..: Return the mouse cursor row

 Syntax...: MsRow( ) --> nMsRow

 Arguments: none      

 Returns..: nMsRow is the row number of the mouse cursor.

 Source...: MSSTATUS.C
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Example..: The example prints out the row number of the
            mouse cursor.

                ? MsRow()   // prints 12
