PRT_STAT()
   Gets the printer status.

   Syntax
         nPrtStat = PRT_STAT(OnOrOff)

   Arguments
         OnOrOff     Sets the status reporting on or off.
                     0 - OFF [Default]
                     1 - ON

   Returns
         nPrtStat     Returns the printer status.
         RET_PRTDN()  Returns the percent of the printing that is finished.
         PRT_ESCAPE() Returns whether the escape has been hit.

   Description
