PRT_HEADER()
   Loads header information into Clipper array.

   Syntax
         PRT_HEADER(nHeaderArray)

   Arguments
         nHeaderArray
            Array:
               1  - Printer ID
               2  - Printer NAME
               3  - Horizontal Dots Per Inch
               4  - Vertical Dots Per Inch
               5  - Background Color
               6  - Foreground Color
               7  - Horizontal Offset
               8  - Vertical Offset
               9  - Number of Colors
               10 - Scale Type
               11 - Screen Aspect X
               12 - Screen Aspect Y
               13 - Orientation
               14 - Shade
               15 - White_Bkgnd
               16 - Eject
               17 - Reset
               18 - Pins on Printer Head

         None

   Description
         PRT_HEADER() returns the conditions set for the print driver into an
         array provided by Clipper.
