ICOM_R_CNT()
   Returns the number of characters in the receive buffer.

   Syntax
         nNumber = ICOM_R_CNT()

   Arguments
         None

   Returns
         nNumber     Number of characters in the receive buffer.

   Description
         ICOM_R_CNT() allows you to check on the number of characters that
         are in the receive buffer.
