   Syntax
         VERT_BAR(nY1,nY2,nX,nStyle,nColor,nPercent)

   Arguments
         nX          Sets the horizontal position of the bar.
         nY1, nY2    Sets the vertical position and height of the bar.
         nStyle      Sets the point or bar style.
         nColor      Sets the bar or point color
         nPercent    Sets the percent of the tick distance.

   Description
         VERT_BAR() provides a means to place a vertical bar on the graph.
         This allows you to design a graph with vertical bars.
