SET_YTICK()                                                        T_EXAM09
   Toggles the Y scale ticks on and off.

   Syntax
         nOnOrOff = SET_YTICK([nOnOrOff] [,nSide])

   Arguments
         OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
         nOnOrOff    Sets the Y scale ticks on or off.
                     0 - off, 1 - ON. [Default]
         nSide       Left or right Y axis 1-left, 2-right

   Returns
         OnOrOff     Returns whether the Y scale ticks are on or off.

   Description
         SET_YTICK() toggles the Y scale ticks on and off.
