SET_YMIN()                                                         T_EXAM21
   Sets the Y axis lower range individually.

   Syntax
         nLowerValue = SET_YMIN([nLowerValue] [,nSide])

   Arguments
         OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
         nLowerValue Sets the lower Y axis scale.
         nSide       Left or right Y axis 1-left, 2-right

   Returns
         nLowerValue Returns the lower Y scale value.

   Description
         The lower range can be individually set with SET_YMIN(). FLIPPER
         will only use this values if the manual scaling is set. Values
         outside the range will not be displayed.
