   Forces a one-half tick spacing on all the graph types.

   Syntax
         nOnOrOff = SET_XSPACE([nOnOrOff])

   Arguments
         OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
         nOnOrOff    Sets the one-half tick spacing on or off.
                     0 - off. [Default], 1 - on.

   Returns
         nOnOrOff    Returns whether one-half tick spacing is on or off.

   Description
         SET_XSPACE() forces a one-half tick spacing on all the graph types.
         Normally, only a bar chart will have extra space for the bars.
         However, if you wish to line up a bar and a line chart, then you can
         add the same space at the edge of the chart to the line graph.
