 ForWhen         WHEN clauses control

   Syntax: ForWhen() --> Nil 

   Comments:
   This method is called when this control loses focus. The ForWhen()
   method will check all the ::bWhen() clauses of the controls that are
   also associated to the window/dialog that this particular control is
   associated to, and it will handle the keystroke that forced this
   control to lose focus. It does this checking to see if any of them
   should be enabled/disabled as result of the value that is stored in
   this control. This method should NOT be called by the programmer. it
   is for internal use ONLY.
