 DrawItem        Generic base DrawItem procedure

   Syntax: Drawitem( <nPStruct> ) --> Nil

   Comments:
   This method is a VIRTUAL method i.e. when called from a TControl
   object it will do nothing. However it is added here to make the most
   of the polymorhism that is a big part of Object Oriented
   Programming.
