 lIsDir()               Checks the existence of a directory

   Syntax:              lIsDir( <cDir> )  --> <lSuccess>


   Parameters:

   <cNewDir>            The path of the directory to check
                        if exists.

   Returns:

   <lSuccess>           If the directory <cDir> exist.


   Sample:              MsgInfo( lIsDir( "c:\\win" ) )
