 lChDir()               Changes from one directory to another

   Syntax:              lChDir( <cNewDir> )  --> <lSuccess>


   Parameters:

   <cNewDir>            The path of the new dir to change to.


   Returns:

   <lSuccess>           If that directory exists and lChDir() could
                        change into it.

   Sample:              lChDir( "c:\\" )
