 IsZip()                Checks a valid ZIP file

   Syntax:              IsZip( <cZipFileName> )  --> <lYesNo>

   Parameters:

   <cZipFileName>       The name of the ZIP file to check.

   Returns:

   <lYesNo>             A logical value indicating if the file is a
                        valid ZIP file.

   Sample:              SAMPLES\\TestZip.prg
