 IsIconic()             Checks if a window is iconized

   Syntax:              IsIconic( <hWnd> )  --> <lIconic>


   Parameters:

   <hWnd>               The handle of the window to check if it
                        is iconized.

   Returns:

   <lIconic>            A logical value indicating if the window is
