 GetCapture()           Retrieves the window handle that has the mouse captured

   Syntax:              GetCapture()  --> <hWnd>

                        This function returns the handle of the window
                        that has captured the mouse.

   Parameters:          None.

   Returns:

   <hWnd>               The handle of the window. In FiveWin: oWnd:hWnd.
                        It is 0 if no window has the mouse captured.
