 GetASyncKey()          Determines whether a key is up or down

   Syntax:              GetASyncKey( <nKey> )  --> <lDown>

                        This function returns if a key is down or up.

   Parameters:

   <nKey>               The code of one of the 256 vkeys. See VKey.ch.

   Returns:

   <lDown>              True if the key is pressed.
