   TWBrowse::UpStable() --> nil

   This METHOD properly stabilizes the browse when a SEEK is done and the
   result may be located in the group of records displayed in the same
   visible screen.

   Clipper browses have a bug when performing a SEEK backwards if the
   new record is placed in the same screen of the browse. FiveWin browse
   mimics the MsDos browse behaviors and cause that and also has the same bug,
   but this METHOD solves that problem, and will place the browse selected
   row properly.

   You should call this METHOD after doing a SEEK that may be located
   backwards in the same visible screen of the browse.
