 SetLoMetricMode    Set the low Metric mode.

 Syntax:            <oPrn>:SetLoMetricMode()  --> <nPrevMapMode>

 Parameters:        None

 Returns:           A numeric value indicating the previous map mode
                    if this operation was successful.

 Comments:          Each logical unit is converted to 0.1 millimeter.
                    Positive x is to the right; positive y is up.
