Erase background of dialog box

   Syntax: TDialog():EraseBkGnd( <hDC> ) --> .T.

   Parameters:

   <hDC>  The DEVICE CONTEXT handle of this dialog box.

   Comments:
   This method can be used to repaint the background of the dialog box.
   It is also used by the eventhandler.  However the background will be
   repainted only if the ::oBrush instance variable contains a brush
   object
