    IsAlt()

         Determines if the Alt key is pressed

    Syntax:

         IsAlt() -> lPress

    Description:

         Determines if the Alt key is pressed returning a logic value.

    Return:

         A logic value indicating if is pressed or not.

    Example:

         If IsAlt()
           Warning ( "Alt is down" )
         EndIf
