ddQry()
Defines a condition on current file records
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     ddQry() --> cFilter

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <cFilter> Defined condition

Description:

     Defines a condition to be applied on the current file records

Example:

     cFilter := Cli->(ddqry())
     
     // ddQry() function is activated by the CTRL+F8 key
