tbStab()
Stabilizes the tBrowse object
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbStab( <oTbr>, [<lForce>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object.
     <lForce>   If .T. the stabilization will be forced. The default is .F.

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Stabilizes the object. If <lForce> is .F. the stabilization will be
     stopped by the pressure of any key.

Example:

     //Initialise the browse object
     oTbr := tbBrwNew( 0, 0, MAXROW(),MAXCOL() )
     tbStab( oTbr )
