tbRtr()
Refreshes an object after a record modification

Syntax:

     tbRtr( <oTbr>, [<oMaster>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object
     <oMaster>  Object to which it belongs

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Refreshes an object after a record modification. If the object is a
     List Box, than also the object that contains it, if specified, will be
     refershed.

Example:

     // initialise the browse
     oTbr := tbBrwNew( 0, 0, MAXROW(), MAXCOL() )
     // ...
     tbRtr( oTbr )
