tbAtr()
Brings a tBrowse up-to-date after an APPEND
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbAtr( <oTbr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Brings a tBrowse up-to-date after an APPEND

Example:

     // inits the browse object
     oTbr := tbBrwNew( 0, 0, MAXROW(), MAXCOL() )
     // ...
     tbAtr( oTbr )
