Freeze/UnFreeze the first column of a tBrowse

Syntax:

     tbFreeze( <oTbr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Freeze/UnFreeze the first column of a tBrowse

Example:

     // create a new tBrowse
     LOCAL oTbr := tbBrwNew( 3, 10, 13, 75 )
     
     tbFreeze( oTbr ) // Freeze/UnFreeze the first
