Function to manage the fast positioning of one object

Syntax:

     tbFastSeek( <oTbr>, [<nDelay>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     Object to use for the FAST-SEEK
     <nDelay>   Delay to use before return to the caller

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Function to manage the fast positioning of one object

Example:

     // Create a new tBrowse object
     LOCAL oTbr := tbBrwNew( 3, 10, 13, 75 )
     
     // ATTACH of the column
     tbFastSeek( oTbr, 3 ) // Search
