Moves to the previous record

     tbUp( <oTbr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Moves to the previous record of the object

Example:

     // create a new tBrowse object
     LOCAL oTbr := tbBrwNew( 3, 10, 13, 75 )
     // ...
     tbUp( oTbr )
