tbPgRefresh()
Refreshes the current page
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbPgRefresh( <oTbr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Clears the contents of the current page and re-displays all controls

Example:

     tbPgRefresh( oTbr ) // REFRESH current page
