tbPgMax()
Returns the highest page number
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbPgMax( <oTbr> ) --> nMaxPage

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object

Returns:

     <nMaxPage> Highest page number

Description:

     Returns the highest page number of a given object

Example:

     tbPgMax( oTbr )
