tbMenu()
Activates the object menu

Syntax:

     tbMenu( <oTbr>, <cLabel> ) --> cCho

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object
     <cLabel>   Starting label

Returns:

     <cCho> Chosen label

Description:

     Activates the object menu

Example:

     // Initialises the browse
     oTbr := tbBrwNew( 0, 0, MAXROW(), MAXCOL() )
     // ...
     tbBkg( oTbr )
     tbOn( oTbr )
     // Activate the menu
     tbMenu( oTbr )
