Manages inherited values in Get controls

Syntax:

     tbInh( <oTbr>, <aInh>, <nMode> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object created by tbBrwNew
     <aInh>     Array of inheried fields
     <nMode>    Update mode

     INH_DEF : Updates the Get controls using the
