tbDisRef()
Refreshes a refresh group

Syntax:

     tbDisRef( <oTbr>, [<cRid>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object.
     <cRID>     ID of the refresh group. If it is "#" (default), all
     controls are considered.

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Refreshes a given refresh group, given its ID. The operation is only
     performed in the current page.

Example:

     // Creates a new tBrowse
     LOCAL oTbr := tbBrwNew( 3, 10, 13, 75 )
     // ...
     tbDisRef( oTbr )
