tbDisItm()
Refreshes a control
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbDisItm( <oTbr>, [<cID>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object.
     <cID>      Control Id. If the control id is "#" all controls are
     refreshed.

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Refreshes a given control. The control ID may also be a sequence of
     Ids. The function verifies if the control Id, converted to Upper Case,
     in contained in <cId>. N.B. The refresh is only performed in the
     current page. If the object is a Browse object, a Stabilize is also
     performed.

Example:

     LOCAL oTbr := tbBrwNew( 3, 10, 13, 75 )
     // ...
     tbDisItm( oTbr )
