dfIsShare()
Verifies if SHARE is installed
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfIsShare() --> lInstall

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <lInstall> Is .T. if SHARE is installed

Description:

     Verifies if SHARE is installed

Example:

     IF dfIsShare()
        ? "SHARE Installed"
     ELSE
        ? "SHARE NOT Installed"
     ENDIF
