dfIsIPX()
Tests if an IPX is installed
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfIsIpx() --> lInstall

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <lInstall> Is .T. if an IPX is installed

Description:

     Allows to know if an IPX is installed, end therefore if the
     application is running on a network or in local.

Example:

     IF dfIsIpx()
        ? "Network"
     ELSE
        ? "Local"
     ENDIF
