Create a LOTUS database from an array

     dfWKSCreate( <cFileName>, <aSheet> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cFileName> Name of the database
     <aSheet>   Array to use

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Create a LOTUS database from an array
