dfMemoRead()
Read a text from disk
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfMemoRead() --> cText

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <cText>   New test readed

Description:

     Read a text from disk

Example:

     LOCAL cText
     
     cText := dfMemoRead()
     
     IF EMPTY(cText)
        dbMsgErr("Error readeing the file")
     ENDIF
